Our approach in 3 steps
During the Lean leadership workshop, we go through three steps:
01. Intake
We speak with you and possibly the leadership team. We determine context, current working methods, and desired outcome, so that the workshop aligns with your projects and KPIs. Schedule an intake
02. Execution
One-day workshop with short theoretical blocks, interactive sessions, and practice in coaching sponsor conversations. We apply A3 project guidance to your current cases and make progress visible with visual management.
03. Embedding:
Follow-up discussion and advice to anchor your sponsor rhythm: fixed conversation cycles, clear role division, and follow-up coaching where needed. This way, you maintain improvements and grow ownership among project leaders.
