In four days, our Orange Belt Lean Six Sigma training teaches you how to improve processes systematically using DMAIC. We schedule the training days around your project planning, allowing you to immediately apply the theory on the manufacturing floor. This ensures knowledge retention and delivers visible results in your project.
This workshop is part of our Lean Operations Management approach and can also be booked separately.

After this 4-day in-company Orange Belt, you can apply DMAIC in your work environment and secure improvements with clear agreements and standardized work.
For project participants:
- Knowledge of Lean Management principles and the 8 types of waste
- Experience with problem-solving techniques and practical templates
- A measurement plan for your project
- Knowledge and templates to map processes (SIPOC, flow, VSM where appropriate)
For project leaders:
- A project plan following DMAIC with a clear vision for each phase
- An approach to engage team members in implementation and sustainability

Our 4-step approach
This is how we approach the in-company Orange Belt Lean Six Sigma, with learning by doing on your own improvement project.
01. Identifying cases
We select concrete improvement projects as a foundation. This allows you to apply what you’ve learned immediately and secure knowledge.
02. Participating in training
Four days where you immediately connect theory to your project (DMAIC, waste, measurement, standards).
03. Project completion and exam
You complete the improvement project and present the results, optionally with the project team.
04. Certification
Upon successful completion, you receive the Orange Belt certificate.
