foundation for the projects and programs our organization is working on.<br><br>The example I want to highlight relates to the implementation of a new suite of tools, which impacted several core processes at our sites. The sites were unaware of the change and struggled to place it in the context of their daily activities. <br><br>In addition to other components in the program, Tineke improved the training and change management aspect at the sites. She asked me to provide a joint training, linking <a href=\"https:\/\/theoutwardlook.com\/en\/approach\/workshops\/workshop-process-design-and-process-management\/\"><strong>process design and management<\/strong><\/a> to stably implementing the change in the organization. Managing it this way was a great success for the organization. So much so that this is now the new way of working within the organization when implementing large, disruptive programs like in this example.
