The Challenge

Production lines had been operating at a stable but suboptimal level for years. Opportunities existed to increase output, efficiency, and engagement, but a scalable approach to sustain results and roll out to multiple lines and locations was lacking.

The Objective

Methodology

Practical and people-oriented: we connect leadership, team development and performance management. We use recognizable Lean/Six Sigma tools, clear standards, and a rhythm of meetings, so teams know what ‘good’ looks like and can manage accordingly. The combination of sharp analysis, clear performance rhythm, and coaching on the shop floor made teams owners of improvement. The pilot provided evidence and momentum; the train-the-trainer and rollout approach ensured the effect remained and scaled.
