About the Loss and Waste workshop
In three days, your team will learn to independently conduct a Loss & Waste analysis using OEE or MMS, delivered in-company and utilizing your own data. You will build demonstrable expertise and produce a comprehensive report, including a priority matrix and a measurement plan.
This workshop is part of our Lean Operations Management approach and can also be booked separately.

During the Loss and Waste Workshop, we follow three steps:

Together, we identify which processes are suitable for OEE and MMS analysis, respectively, and select concrete cases for the training. We also examine available data sources.
